The hyper yo-yo scanner allows for your Hyper Yo-Yo RPM or spinning speed to be measured!
On April 4 (4-4 which translates in Japanese to Yo-Yo) The scanners will make appearances at Hyper Yo-Yo Events in Kansai and Kanto.
After the events scanners are reported to be popping up in retail stores across Japan to allow Hyper Yo-Yo players to battle it out to see who has the best throw in their town.
