Q: These yo-yos look awesome! Where can I purchase them?

A: Currently, on-line stores and on-line yo-yo shops are the best way to get the
entire line of YoYoFactory yo-yos. A simple Google and/or Yahoo search of the word
“YoYoFactory” will get you tons of stores all around the world that stock our yo-yos.

Q: I want to join the YoYoFactory Contest Team! How do I go about doing that?

A: The YoYoFactory contest team is composed of yo-yo players from all around the
world that we have decided make great representatives for our yo-yos. We have
selected the members of our team for many different reasons: skill level, attitude,
enthusiasm, contest results, social ability, and of course a preference to play with
YoYoFactory yo-yos. We are always on the lookout for yo-yo players who have made
themselves into stars completely on their own. More than anything, we like to see
people who are enthusiastic about our yo-yos as we are. So go get your practice on,
say hi to us the next time you see our team at a yo-yo contest, be social, make some
yo-yo videos, and make your presence known! If you can do all of these things, then
without a doubt, we will find you!

Q: I am a store owner/retailer/distributor/yo-yo demonstrator/etc. and I am looking
for more information on becoming an official YoYoFactory reseller, who can I contact
about this?

Q: My YoYoFactory yo-yo is awesome, but I think I may have broken it/something
may be wrong with it, what can I do?

A: Accidents happen to all of us and we are understanding of this! First, if there is
something wrong with your yo-yo when it is brand new, straight out of the box, you
need to contact the store/individual you purchased it from about a return/exchange.
If, on the other hand, you have accidentally broken your yo-yo or you think that
there is something defective with your yo-yo, contact us directly at
contact@yoyofactory.com and we will see if there is any way that we can help get
your yo-yo back up and running.
